MANUKA HONEY
UMFTM Manuka
honey has a distinctive flavour and unique antibacterial properties. Dr
Peter Molan from Waikato University has shown during his research that UMFTM Manuka
honey with a rating of 10+ has more antibacterial
properties than other honeys. The research found that UMFTM
10+ Manuka honey has significant healing properties to when used to treat
burns, ulcers and throat and eye infections. It is particularly effective in
destroying bacteria associated with peptic ulcers and is an effective wound
dressing that assists with the healing process. UMFTM
Manuka honey can be both taken internally and applied externally.

tests Haddrell’s of Cambridge UMFTM Manuka honey every year and
batches that are higher than 10 carry 10+, 13+ and 16+ stickers according to
the test results.
